- Use of 2 large & clean swimming pools, plenty of lounges
Not Included:
- Extra Cleaning on demand during stay: 300 THB for Studio / 500 THB for Double Unit (Laundry as billed)
- Water 45 THB per unit / Electric 7 THB per unit, payable monthly.
- Payment & Security Deposit max. 5'000 THB fully refundable for
first time customers, or as agreed.
- Payment in cash only, at begin of rental for 1st. month or duration as agreed
