Not Included:
     - Extra Cleaning on demand during stay: 300 THB for Studio / 500 THB for Double                   Unit (Laundry as billed)
     - Water 45 THB per unit / Electric 7 THB per unit, payable monthly.
     - Payment & Security Deposit max. 5'000 THB fully refundable for
       first time customers, or as agreed.
     - ​Payment in cash only, at begin of rental for 1st. month or duration as agreed

           in 12 years we never had any disputes, we want you to be happy and come

We reserve the right to adjust prices for early bookings as published at the time of check-in!. We raise prices about every 18 months to cover raising cost only.
